Please arrive around thirty minutes before the start of the concert in order to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert will begin on time, so the audience must already be seated beforehand. It is not possible to join the concert once it has started. Please remember that the tickets do not allow exchange nor refund.

Guests arriving late, will not be allowed to enter the concert and will not be refunded.

The tickets include entry to the confirmed music concert in the indicated setting.

Your seat belongs to a seating zone, as confirmed on your ticket. The zones have been created based on assessed sight on the performance. Once you arrive at the concert, you will show your ticket and a host will guide you to your seating zone. Seats will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis (always within your ticket’s zone).

No. We prefer you not to print your ticket. You only need to show your Phantom Concert ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the setting.

No photography or video of any kind is permitted during the performance except for the last song. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in case of emergency.

As a general rule, no beverages are available at the venue and no food or drink is allowed inside the venue.

No animals are allowed under any circumstances, except for service animal. Please mail us in case bringing as service animal is needed.

No tickets are available at the concert for purchase. All tickets must be purchased online prior to arriving at the concert.

No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and is based on availability. Please email info@phantonconcerts.com directly to change your ticket.
